Almost Spring...

It's been a little while now. We haven't been out very much lately because we've been working on some new material and a new approach. I apologize for not being around much lately, but I believe it has been worth the wait. Everything we have been doing lately has me just about jumping out of my skin with anticipation.
 Firstly, we have several new songs that are on the verge of ready for the studio. We plan on getting in as soon as we can and you'll know as soon as the results are in. As these new songs started coming together I've been having trouble trying to decide which one is my favorite. I love them all so much for such different reasons. It's hard to pick any one over any other.
Secondly, our sound has been changing exponentially. A few months back our beloved and talented drummer had to amicably part ways with us. We tried a few drummers out, one was a very talented. He was spot on tight and had a wonderful sound. The other was all over the place timing wise and sounded like a train wreck. The choice was pretty easy. As it turned out, the good one didn't really have the time to dedicate to the project. We had to settle for the other drummer, who is my feet. I built a small snare drum and modified a broken hi hat to be seventeen inches tall and a kick and I started working at it. Now it's starting to come together and I'm really happy with it. Once the weather breaks and we're playing outside again you'll be seeing it in action. More to come...
